Today, I\u2019m sharing one of my absolute favorites: baked pears in puff pastry with Gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puff pastry may not be the healthiest ingredient, but only a small amount is used in this recipe. The main ingredient is pears \u2013 and they\u2019re definitely healthy! What makes this recipe special is how quick and easy it is to prepare, with almost no cleanup afterward. And the best part? These baked pears with Gorgonzola and walnuts taste absolutely amazing. Sprinkle with walnuts.
