I love tarts. As soon as I see one in a caf\u00e9, I\u2019m instantly drawn to it and enchanted. I even once thought about traveling through France to collect various tart recipes and recreate them. There are surely many I haven&#8217;t discovered yet. But today, I\u2019m sharing a classic tart with you. You can find gluten-free flour in any supermarket. My favorite is the light organic flour mix. And the best part about apple tarts\u2014they\u2019re super quick to make! Knead the dough (the mixer does this for you, haha), slice the apples, pop it in the oven, done! Prick the dough several times with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Quarter the apples and slice them thinly. Drizzle them with lemon juice and arrange them on the dough. Dot with small pieces of butter and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the tarts with powdered sugar and serve warm.
