Baked Pears with Gorgonzola, Walnuts, and Honey | Recipe

It’s probably been mentioned here on the blog more than once that I love healthy and delicious food. Finding a balance between healthy and tasty isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to desserts. When I first switched to a healthier diet, I thought there was nothing that could be both delicious and nutritious. But over time, I discovered a few quick, healthy, and tasty recipes. Today, I’m sharing one of my absolute favorites: baked pears in puff pastry with Gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey.

Puff pastry may not be the healthiest ingredient, but only a small amount is used in this recipe. The main ingredient is pears – and they’re definitely healthy! What makes this recipe special is how quick and easy it is to prepare, with almost no cleanup afterward. And the best part? These baked pears with Gorgonzola and walnuts taste absolutely amazing. Maybe this favorite of mine will become your go-to dessert as well!
