I’ve been taking you along on all my travels on my blog and sharing my favorite items that I have discovered while shopping. Some time ago, I discovered Lilysilk for myself, and ever since, I have been a true fan of their collections. And now, finally, the first European Lilysilk store has opened in Munich and I am taking you inside!

Lilysilk is now available at Oberpollinger at Stachus. When I heard about the opening, I wanted to be there on the very first day. I was warmly welcomed there by Annika Schwieger, who brought Lilysilk to Europe. Annika told me about the philosophy behind the brand and that is exactly what makes Lilysilk so special to me. The company focuses exclusively on its own productions and places great importance on sustainability. Transparency plays a key role: each individual garment is made by one person and does not pass through many different hands. This is closely connected to the original way of textile production and sets the brand apart from today’s mass production on assembly lines. At the same time, Lilysilk combines the quality standards of traditional craftsmanship with high-tech production processes to ensure consistently high quality. I am especially happy that the first store in Europe has opened right here in Munich as a place I can visit anytime.
